The Blacksmith Project and Christ Together McHenry County are presenting Clarion Call 3: A Night of Worship and Prayer on Thursday, May 2nd at 7:30PM at the Harvest Bible Chapel Crystal Lake (580 Tracy Trail, Crystal Lake, IL). Coinciding with The National Day of Prayer, this event is a call to followers of the Lord Jesus Christ to come together to pray and worship.

This call goes out across denominational, generational, racial and socio-economic divides.

Several Blacksmith artists and The Trinity Baptist Community Choir and Band will be leading worship and a number of local pastors will be leading prayer.

As the name implies, this is the third year in a row for this event and it has been a very special evening each time.

You don’t want to miss this!!!

The evening is free of charge.

For more info call 847-915-7610.

Thanks to all who attended Concert for Hunger II. If you’re one of them then you know what a great night of music, worship and service to the hungry it was!

If you missed it, I would greatly encourage you to come next year.

Our 4 artists: Annie Sander, The TBCC Choir, Chris Frankwoski and Tina Jenkins Crawely really blew the roof off the place before a highly enthusiastic crowd!

Chris, Tina and the choir are the 3 newest Blacskmith artists, so keep checking their artist pages (which should be up today) for new music, photos, blogs and updates.

Special thanks to KLOVE and Jennifer Lambert (for emceeing our benefit and for their on-air support), Trinity Baptist Community Church (for letting us use their beautiful new auditorium), to Tom and Performance Sound for supplying superb sound and lighting, to the supporting churches of the Crystal Lake Food Pantry and Catalyst McHenry, and to DJ, Diane and Dan Charewicz for producing a great promo video and for being great roadies! Also, a very special thanks to the Blacksmith artists and musicians for dedicating their gifts and time to bless God and others.

We recorded the event so we should be getting some videos up soon.
